By creating an account or using the Tewora app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Providers must complete identity verification (NIN and a live selfie) before accepting bookings. Accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms may be suspended.
Customers fund bookings in advance. Funds are held in escrow and released to the provider upon customer confirmation of completed work, or per milestone for staged Project bookings.
Either party may raise a dispute on a booking through the app. Tewora's trust & safety team reviews disputes and determines resolution.
Users may not attempt to circumvent escrow protection, submit fraudulent verification documents, or misuse the platform to solicit off-platform payment.
Tewora facilitates connections and payment protection between customers and independent service providers, and is not itself the employer of providers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
