Your NIN is never stored in raw form. Verification uses a single-use, time-limited token that is discarded immediately after your identity is confirmed.
To match you with providers or customers, process escrow-protected payments, resolve disputes, and keep the platform safe from fraud.
We share the minimum information necessary between customers and providers to complete a booking (e.g. name and job details), and with our banking partner to process payments once selected.
